What I solve

From a one-off problem to a system that keeps working.

I work where technology, people and operations meet. The goal is not to add tools—it is to remove friction and leave the team more capable.

Experience

Built in real operations.

Portrait of Dali Juarez

I started by solving urgent problems. Today I connect support, development and AI adoption so teams can work better every day.

Let's talk about your operation

Recent case01 / Imperiofrío

Integrated system

Payments, website and student administration in one workflow.

The challenge

A fragmented operation

Student data, payments and the website lived in separate processes, making daily follow-up harder.

The solution

A connected system

I designed the web experience, payment flow and admin space so every student and payment had context and traceability.

The result

Fewer steps, more control

Imperiofrío gained a clearer operating foundation for publishing, collecting payments and managing students without duplicating information across tools.

Practical AI consulting

It is not another tab. It is your operations hub.

Codex, Claude and ChatGPT can be more than places where you copy and paste. I help you design an instruction system to build, research, connect tools and execute real work from one center.

01

Start building with AI

Consulting that helps you move from describing a need to building internal tools, sites, integrations and utilities with professional review.

02

Gmail, Calendar and Slack stop being islands

Work no longer has to start in one tool, get lost in another and end in a manual chain. AI can coordinate the context and the steps.

03

Automation you own, not rent

You do not always need to pay for rigid automation. You can run your own highly customizable workflows, fitted to the way you work.

04

It all starts with an instruction

We design the operations hub for a high-performing individual: research, decide, execute and document without jumping between five interfaces.

Payments and integrations

Getting paid is part of the experience.

I configure payment links or code integrations based on the level of control the business needs. Every option accounts for states, confirmations, errors and follow-up.

Protected secrets · isolated tests · least privilege

Governance and security

Policy first. Tool second.

Monitoring and device management work best when everyone understands what is protected, who can access it and for how long.

VPN

Segmented, protected access to internal resources.

Microsoft Intune

Configuration, compliance and device lifecycle.

Insightful

Monitoring policies with purpose, scope and communication.

Cloud access

Least-privilege roles, inventory and access review.

Frequently asked questions

What usually lands on my desk.

Direct answers to recurring cases in support, operations, web, payments, security and AI adoption.

01What does an onboarding or offboarding process include?+

It includes role-based access lists, account creation or revocation, password managers, groups, devices, licenses and a final verification. The goal is a clean start—or exit—without orphaned access or ambiguous tasks.

02Can you repair a website without rebuilding it?+

Yes. I first review hosting, DNS, code, forms, integrations, security and performance. If the foundation is recoverable, I prioritize a focused repair and recommend a rebuild only when it lowers risk or total cost.

03Which processes should be automated first?+

Repetitive, measurable and error-prone work: onboarding, offboarding, reminders, request routing, payments, reports, data updates and handoffs. I start with the highest-friction, lowest-risk flow.

04How do you train a team to use Codex and Claude?+

I work with the real tasks of each role. The goal is not to copy and paste into another tab—it is to use Codex, Claude or ChatGPT as an operations hub to research, build, connect tools, execute processes and review outcomes with control.

05Do you integrate payment gateways?+

Yes. I implement Stripe, ePayco, Wompi, Mercado Pago and Easy Link through secure links or code integrations, with test environments, verified webhooks, state handling and secrets kept outside the browser.

06Can Vercel and Supabase work on a small budget?+

For many projects, yes. I design an architecture that uses free tiers when usage allows, monitors their limits and keeps a path to scale. Free infrastructure is a starting tool, not a reason to improvise.

07How do you approach employee and device monitoring?+

I first define purpose, scope, ownership, retention and communication. Then I configure tools such as Insightful, VPNs or Microsoft Intune with least-privilege access, documentation and consistent privacy and security criteria.

08Can you support operations with more than 200 employees?+

Yes. I organize requests, ownership, priorities and documentation so support becomes repeatable. I have handled incidents and operational work for environments with more than 200 people without relying on memory or informal processes.

09Do you work as a contractor, consultant or IT specialist?+

I can work by project, through a block of hours or as a specialist embedded in the team. Scope, deliverables, intellectual property, security, availability and payment terms are defined in writing before work starts.
